  5 star. Reception team Shannon, David & Trainee Karen so helpful & welcoming. Thomas Bar Manager & team so great in assisting on lite bites and matching wines. Fine coffies too Bar renovated . Very comfy. Smoking area for those who smoke accessible down stairs from bar. The Danu Restaurant. Top Notch. Presentation of food exquisite. Flaked steak. Ravioli freshly made. Salmon starters. Desserts. Wine. Staff one cannot fault but praise . Excellent. Thai spa. Treatments amazing. Rooms beautiful. Park views.

  Lovely hotel friendly staff.you can be picked up by bus at train station and is only 20 mins walk from town.

  Nice Hotel but no free fitness center for guests. Ideal location if walking in Killarney National Park.

  Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. We felt like we were at home. Room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Only criticism is that lighting in the bar was a bit bright. Didn't get a chance to use the spa :( Next time.

  This place is fantastic. Rooms are clean and the hotel is beautiful. I'm not into spas but the spa here is absolutely top notch. Quiet and relaxing and has the whole range of facilities. Spa staff and massage staff were absolutely fantastic. Staff were nice but couldn't give us Any information about the ring of Kerry which was weird. Also failed to tell us that a large section of it was closed which was kind of annoying. Both seem like something the staff, literally located on a tourist attraction, would know. Internet here is terrible too and for some confusing reason charge 10 euro a day or give it for free. So, loses a star for those things combined. This place would be so much better if a manager just stayed as a guest for a couple of nights and could see the small things being missed. Otherwise, a great stay.
