  Great food, Fish Pie delicious..... Real comfort food on a cold evening! Lovely relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff.

  Table for one ? Certainly! A very pleasant smiling face. Just here, for a quick bite. Can I get you a drink ? That’s very generous of you ! I will try a phone pint of that craft beer. I will drop it down with the menu. Thank you. I was the only diner as the day in question was for lunch and closed at tea time ! So I was keen to try rustic food to protect me from the howler of a wind from the West I faced walking on the way to the point!. Mushroom soup, followed by big lamb chops! This was so lamb tasting that it resulted in my sucking the bone for the last of the meat. Yum Yum Folkes ! Washed down with this craft beer ! Truly tastes like a beer for lamb , mushroom soup ..... nice walk back to the point as the bus bringing the server home at 17:30hrs passed. She will get the tip the next day. She deserved it she sold the place so well. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough.

  Simply the best meal out I have had in years. Friendly staff. Had a great local beer and the food is outstanding. Well done

  Just been to this fabulous restaurant. Food very good, staff on the ball. Very helpful. We were made to feel very welcome and relaxed. Highly recommend this restaurant. Well done to you all. Best wishes in the future. Will definitely come back next time we are down. Theresa and John.
