::*Creative and calm space. I did Yoga with Miriam (light your own lamp). The room was temperature controlled, calm, and the lighting was appropriately low. There was a quiet space maintained outside the rooms to respect attendees. Yoga mats were provided- a great idea especially for beginners. *There is a cloakroom space to place your shoes on the wall, and your coats. There is a cafe too which is convenient if you want to catch a light bite or refreshment before or after your class. *I took one star off because I could only see two toilet cubicles. If a few people need to change their clothes this is a bit of a bother as you will (as I did) end up running late for your class. So I would say wear your gear under clothes on arrival if at all possible. *In summary this is a great space for therapies and fitness, it has a very welcoming atmosphere and is easy to navigate. I will be coming back here.

::My go-to studio for yoga classes as I live around the corner. Easy booking system and reasonable prices (I opt for the 6 class pass). Some classes can have >20 people, but I always opt for the smaller classes as you get a better teacher-student ratio.

::I think thats the best yoga place in dublin. Downside is not great area, e.g. my car was stolen on street when i was attending yoga few years ago. Great addition of coffee place. Friendly and flexible staff.
