  Now called Wildes on the Bay. This spot had excellent food, and some crazy hot chocolates. Had fish and chips and a fish burger. It was all very good and reasonably priced. The brownie we got to go was superb!

  This restaurant is now called Wilde's on the bay. It is no longer is a seafood restaurant however it serves salmon as a main course. The food here was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered a medium rare sirloin steak which is the best he has ever eaten. Our waiter Zed was extremely friendly and helpful and recommended a specific wine for my husband which was a perfect accompaniment. I had a pasta with walnut pesto and chicken which was also delicious. The portions were very generous so we didn't have room for dessert. The waiter was again very helpful and accommodating and arranged for us to take the Bailey cheesecake home. I am so glad he did because it was also lovely. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. It is a little pricier than some other places I have been but it was worth every penny and we will definitely be back.

  This place has now changed its name, it's now known as, " Wilde's the fisherman on the bay ". And I highly recommend that, if you are in the Galway area, you make a point of trying their food. Like me, I'm sure you'll be glad that you did. Good luck with the reopening guys!
