  One of the best restaurants in Dublin. Simple food (in the sense that it is not tortured into submission) and full of flavour. Each dish has 3 or 4 ingredients that complement or counterpoint each other and the flavours are allowed speak. Mackerel tartare was a highlight of my most recent meal but the rest was wonderful. Attentive staff and a really good sommelier. Just don't rush it, food this good should be savoured.

  Super super super meal. Had a tasting course with matching wine. Delicious and memorable. Will be back
