  Looking for somewhere to watch a match , party to hold and not sure about going into town but want to be close this is the venue

  Went to a table quiz here recently. Everything was okay mostly, except for the food. Instead of serving the food halfway through, it was served only when people started to leave near the end of the night. Not only that, but the food itself was only sausages and chips. When a vegetarian friend asked if they could get a basket of food with less sausages they were told no, and had to swap with someone else. Given the fact that the place would have been nearly empty without the quiz, and that it was for fundraising you'd think that they'd make more of an effort. I really hope that the organisers didn't have to pay for that.
