  Brilliant hotel. Brilliant staff. Food is great. Offers WiFi /gym and Spa. Bar is fantastic with beautiful cocktails.

  Broken heat - we had to run two fans with the window open to try and cool down. Staff didn't do anything about it. But since this is on the main street, there was lots of traffic... Service was very average - our greeter was super dry and not very interested in us when we arrived. It was too late to check in so we left our luggage and they left them right in the entrance - glad no one swipped them.

  Incredible hotel right in the centre of Cork city. Staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. One of the best wedding/reception venues in Cork, as they were exceptionally organised and executed all plans flawlessly.

  Lovely bar, attentive staff. Beautiful cafe. Old charm, yet pleasant modern touches in this hotel. Rooms clean, warm, bright. Lovely beds and linen. Great hotel for a city centre get away. Excellent Spa & treatments .

  Nice hotel in Cork City Centre. Great location. Great rooms. Near English markets, bars, pubs, main shopping district, cbd. Asnyou might expect, it can be noisy at night due to bars and pubs, but, this is part of its convenience factor of being in the centre of all the action. This is a great, comfortable base to explore Dublin from.
