::I got my first tattoo here, extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Tried to book a tattoo several times and consult with artists and after speaking with them you are given a better idea of what you would like without feeling discouraged at all. They have an artist to suit whatever style you may require and all of them are of extremely high standard. Very professional and sanitary set up. My artist was Diana Plescia, highly recommended for floral work whether in black and grey or colour and she shows genuine excitement in giving you a piece of unique art which makes you feel so much more comfortable.

::Robbie and the amazing artists at The Ink Factory always deliver a stellar brand of awesomeness! The customer service is through the roof and the artists do incredible work! It's the ONLY place I go to for a tattoo. I've had a few friends get their tattoos done there on my recommendation and they're sold now too! ;-) Couldn't recommend The Ink Factory enough. Get your asses over there now! :-D

::Super friendly staff, always a good atmosphere to walk into. I always feel in safe hands getting a haircut with any member of staff and have really come to enjoy the experience every time I go in. I recently decided to gift my sister a tattoo here and the friendliness and advice made the process very easy. She was nervous when it came to getting the tattoo because it was her own design and she wanted it to be just as she had planned. The tattoo artist (Lucas) was patient and made sure the details were just as she imagined and in the end was a very happy sister with a lovely new tattoo. I also decided to get a tattoo here on which I was given some great advice on the artist to go with in terms of style of the tattoo. I look forward to my visit and have no doubt it’s going to be a good one ! 🙂

::Super excited to get my tattoo done! So far talking to them via email and describing what I would like was very professional and personal. If they were so nice via email and pleasant I can't wait to see what they are like in person! I arrived a few days ago and happened to walk past the shop and it looks really nice and clean. I can't wait! I'll be leaving another review once my appointment is finished.

::On a frigid St. Patrick’s Day we were grateful to enter the warmth of The Ink Factory, both in temperature and company. Keith was absolutely wonderful. His calm, kind and humorous demeanor so wonderfully complimented his professionalism and expertise. He consulted on the tattoo, varying sizes and made the whole experience a positive one. Being from the states, we were so happy to have communication leading up to the day of our appointment and were thrilled to find the place impeccably clean and hospitable. Love my tattoo, love this shop and should I ever find myself back in Dublin I will for certain be a seasoned regular at this establishment.
