  Great quality selection of tiles. Gary was super helpful and offered invaluable advice based on our needs. We visited on a particularly busy day but Gary made sure every person got his full attention while he was with them. Great service

  Absolutely the worst customer service experience. These are expensive, imported tiles and the manager/salesperson in the store lacked basic knowledge and expertise. We were sold the wrong sized tile for the space, as 2 contractors later pointed out. There were delivery issues with broken tiles and they refused to even share responsibility. First the store manager and then ultimately the owner treated us poorly. When you make a choice to spend a premium price, an expectation of good customer service should be a minimum. Take your business where it will be appreciated and you'll be treated with respect.

  Found the tiles I wanted on another website but they didn't allow you to go and pick the tiles, and there was all other sorts of things that didn't really add up. So I googled about for the same tiles and they came up here. The price worked out cheaper than the supposed direct online shop, and Gary was great. He called me back and was really apologetic about the delay in getting back to me. I paid for the tiles on the phone, and the other half is picking them up on Friday. Gary even said that if I needed anything else, he can add them on tomorrow and have them ready in the warehouse for pick up on Friday. Great service, great team. Delighted to support local, independent businesses! Well done.

  Visited the Italian tile and stone shop today, was met by two very efficient, helpful and friendly members of staff. They spoke to me re my requirements, showed me various options. They were patience with me in making my decision, really a pleasure to deal with. The selection of tiles is fantastic and of a high quality, I would have no hesitation in recommending!

  The Italian Tile & Stone Studio in Terence had exactly what I had been searching for. Unlike most retailers in their field their focus is on quality not quantity. The store is small but packed with a range of products that have been carefully chosen and unlike anything I saw in every other tile store. Karl (the manager) was helpful and knowledgeable. He made me feel like my business mattered. If you want tiles that will stand the test of time and fashion fads I would highly recommend that you visit their Swords or Terenure store. Watch for their Summer/Winter sales - there are huge reductions on every range not just the stock they want to shift.
