::Ordered food, came quick enough but they forgot my rice, when I rang to tell them she said "Oh Yeah" 🤔 €5 delivery charge which is expensive enough but on the receipt there is also a 50c 'service' charge, for what I do not know. Food was not nice at all to be honest, I had the Chef special "Bang Bang Chicken" which was very thick and gooey, the other half had quarter shreded duck which was very dry and tasteless, Hoisin sauce was like cheap BBQ sauce.... Maybe it was just an off night but wouldn't recommend and definitely won't order again.....

::I ordered a takeaway from the mekong at 6.45. tonight, the girl told me delivery would be 40minutes to an hour, I askedthat it would'nt be any longer?, she said "no! we have 3 cars delivering. I phoned again at 7.50. she said the order was leaving now, I asked if I could be the first on the delivery run, she said yes.at 8.15 I phoned again only to be told it would be another 40MINS!!, I asked her why?, she said they were busy with walk in customers, I never realised that if you order from the mekong for delivery you are treated as a somewhat second citizen, and I've been ordering from them for over 20YEARS!. but sad to say I won't be ordering again.

::Ratish Ravi is talking out of her arse! Her husband or friend collected her food between 6pm-6:30pm and she rang back at around 8:30pm and complained that her noodles were stale. We told her that was impossible because the type of noodle she ordered (udon noodles) are individually vacuum packed before we cook it then all of a sudden she changes her story saying that her vegetables were stale. Also she convieniently forgot to mention that she only started eating her food about 2 hours after we cooked it, of course it's not going to be as nice 2 hours later. We told her we would not be replacing her food because of this. We usually replace orders if there is genuine problem when it's our fault but her reasoning was quite frankly ridiculous!

::I bought good from Mekong Santry at 19:15 reached home around 20:00 when we opened the food it was stale so I rang them the answer was that becoz we opened it late that it became stale.I have witness that I have purchased food from there and the food is stale.I am filing an official complaint against Mekong. Is there anyone with similar experience I have one more with same experience from Mekong Santry.
