  Very nice hotel. Staff are helpful and very friendly The bedroom was very clean and tidy. The towels were charged daily. Great information book on where to go in Cork was very helpful. Car parking was free but finding a space was a bit difficult. Bar was very nice with a great view over Cork city. Also it only 15-20 minutes to walk in to the city.

  Loved it! All I can say is that one night was definitely too short a stay. Will definitely have to go back. Room service at breakfast was very professional. Food was delicious, staff were very helpful and friendly. And the comfort was five star! Will be back.

  Recently upgraded with an amazing restaurant and bar with great views over Cork city and the River Lee. Food is good and rooms are clean and well appointed. Be aware that some rooms may not have been fully refurbished yet. Update: January 2018. The bedrooms have been upgraded and the bar and restaurant also. Food in the restaurant is exceptional and the staff are so friendly. There is an amazing terrace overlooking the new garden and the city, and I think it is the best view of the city in Cork. This hotel keeps on getting better and better. In a few short years it has gone from a bad 2* to a really good 4* and I believe 5* is easily achievable for them.
