::I love this group of coffee shops. There is a wide variety of fresh baked bread - both sweet and savory. The coffee is really good quality, I always get an Americano. The loyalty program is good and the service is great. Coffee shops are nice and airy. Most important thing is that the coffee is great.

::Nice bakery as alternative to local amenities (M&S, Fresh, Café Nero...). Friendly staff. They introduced also donuts but are not better than Off beat or others and cost 3 Euro, so not a great deal. They should keep focus on traditional bakery as it is their strong selling point. Extending to other products such donuts, it dilutes their traditional spirit and quality. Cappuccino could be improved too. Chocolate flakes on top of it it is nice idea but they could also give the choice for the cocoa powder.
