  Useless. They lost my order so when I called to collect my daughter’s birthday cake on the day of her party, they had nothing ready. I tried calling them about ten times in the days running up to it to make sure all was in order but they don’t answer their phone. When I finally did speak to someone, they were ncredibly rude and unhelpful. I have used the Natural Bakery on Baggot St before and had no issues. Will not be using the Stillorgan store again

  Wrote a review earlier but found it had been deleted! I ordered a novelty birthday cake for my 6 year old boy 8 weeks in advance only to be called a day before the party and be told that it won't be made because the chef quit! Their excuse was that they never checked the standing orders after that chef quit late December and to make maters worse,the employee that called me told me that the chef who quit texted the manager a day before to tell him to check the email.This inside info was completely irrelevant and un important to me but i guess she was trying to throw the blame on her colleague! Unprofessional,and dishonest.And the reason i post this again,is that no body should see their child disappointed on their birthday because of the dysfunctional and unprofessional behaviour of the people working/running this bakery!

  Amazing cakes and cup cakes. We ordered 180 cupcakes for our wedding and they were brilliant. People loved them. Well recommend this bakery.
