  Stayed one night, Room only. Location was ideal.Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and wecoming. The only down point was the Swimming pool (v small) and jacuzzi had a strange smell and felt unclean which was disappointing.

  Delightful place in the heart of the City of Limerick. Staff is helpful and well informed. Walking distance to everything.

  Fabulous hotel! Impressive from the moment you arrive, very luxurious, spacious rooms and excellent restaurant. First class stay at a first class hotel. What really makes a difference at this hotel is the staff - in a class of their own. In particular Tom was amazing, I booked for my parents and he ensured their stay was perfect, from start to finish. Their room was one they will never forget. Thank you Tom, you are a great asset to the hotel.

  We were there for Afternoon Tea, celebrating my partner's birthday. They couldn't be nicer and provided a wonderful evening for us. Noel, the Duty Manager, was an utmost professional, while also making us feel so welcome. Best hotel in Limerick by a country mile!

  Great service. Very friendly reception staff. Couldn't have done any more to help with my stay. Lovely room right in the middle of the city. Very highly recommended!
