::Feels like a chain but good food at good prices and good service.

::Alcohol is really cheap. Great place to spend time with friends. But the manager is really rude.

::Fine if all you want is cheap beer and reasonably priced food. Zero atmosphere and very bright inside. This is the opposite of a real Irish pub

::Standard Weatherspoon's experience here. Cheap drink and food, ideal spot if what you're after is a place to chat with friends over pints and not have to leave to get a bite to eat. The atmosphere is whatever you bring yourself - there's no music or other frills. Drink is decent and very cheap and there's plenty of seating available, if that's all you want out of a place for a night then it'll serve you well. If you want other entertainment or a place with a distinctive atmosphere though I'd recommend finding another spot.

::Great pub. A good place to go if your in Dublin and want somewhere decent and don't wish to emerage away all your euros! In fairness it's not city centre, probably not even Dublin as such but a 15 minute train journey out. But it's on the coast... Food was spot on every time and pints from less than 3 Euro! Bet that! Now a firm favourite to visit every time when in the Dublin area.
