  Great place and helpful staff. Reliable for the everyday-pharmacy services and great at the bespoke stuff too - have had an item ordered in especially, clear that the staff care about their customers. It's also very much at one with the surrounding neighbourhood (which is fast becoming a preferred location for tech startups). Especially liked the window box featuring local artwork by NCAD students - see street-view photo of the boys in green 2016! Tourists can often be spotted marvelling outside at the authentic display, on their way to/from the Guinness Factory.

  For me, a pharmacy is a really important part of the healthcare system. I've been going back to this pharmacy since having a really positive experience where I felt very well looked after. I'm a loyal customer (when I can) and have been going back for any prescriptions (and even more so where I need some input/advice).

  A poor quality service. Told me they were out of a product yet when another pharmacy called around on my behalf 5 mins later, they claimed they had it. Fast forward to me walking 15 mins back in the teeming rain and when I arrived "Oh sorry, we actually don't have it". If they can't keep track of their stock they probably shouldn't be in the business of selling medication.

  This is a wonderful gem of a pharmacy - has an old fashioned neighbourhood feeling about it, with caring staff who really go out of their way to help.

  As strange as it might sound, Thomas St switched me from thinking of pharmacies as nameless, faceless shops. Great staff, great attention to their customers and very welcoming every time I go in.
