::We when down on a Saturday to buy a new phone bec he was holding on for us. When we were setting up the account and the balance on are other account with 3 had to be paid so we could continue so we cleared it. Three hours later when the transaction happened we when back in to the shop and when true the details again and we were about to pay and he told us we had to pay an extra €300 of a deposit. And the phone it’s self cost €600 I was furious. And what really bugged me was we when to another 3 agent and they could of told us about the 3 hundred but the agent didn’t. So what I would say is if your going to buy a new phone have an extra €400 to cover a deposit because they don’t they’ll you that until the end. Oh and by the way you get it back in 6 months which is a long time for a deposit which is a lot of money.

::Horrible experience. I've moved to Three from Meteor few weeks ago. Back at the Three Shop at the Marshes (Dundalk) 2 days later cause I didn't have Internet Coverage at all. They checked and found out it was true. They changed my SIM card telling me it was a SIM issue but guess??? The problem remained. No matters what the settings are (auto/manual signal, 3 3G, 34G) it shows signal but there is no connection. I also get voice mail message cause I'm not reachable in the middle of town!!! I went again today at the shop (as they told me if problem wasn't resolved). Another terrible experience. The agent JOHN working at the THREE SHOP IN MARSHES DUNDALK told me it was MY FAULT 3G Internet didn't work cause I HAVE TO SWITCH OFF WIFI EVERYTIME IM NOT HOME SO I CAN GET SIGNAL. I told him this was ridiculous. Even a 4 years old child knows wifi and 3G coexist!!! Are you telling me that people around the world every time the leave the house they have to switch off the wifi otherwise no 3G??? JOHN with a very arrogant manner told me that if I was so expert about technology I didn't need his support and he asked me to leave the shop! I didn't abuse him, I didn't use bad manners or bad language at all. I just told him I know how smartphones and technology works. Is not matter of switching off WIFI that solve the problem!!! So If I have the WIFI ON I WON'T GET CALLS???????? I asked his full name to report him he smiled at me and asked me to leave. Another Three Agent was standing beside him. Didn't say a word. He let me treated like garbage. This is not over. I've complaint about no coverage for weeks and this is the way Three treats it customers?????

::The staff in the 3 store in the marshes are pretty clueless when it comes to there jobs, went to the store yesterday to get my phone unlocked so I could be set up on there unlimited data plan, was basically told I had to contact 3 to do so, even though I was in a 3 store? So I went home and googled how to unlock my phone and that was way more helpful that any of those incompetent staff they have in this store, thank you 3 for nothing you need to train your staff or hire new staff & get rid of the dead weight
