  Poor service, got copies of keys done and they didn’t work. Staff seemed like it was an inconvenience to be asked to serve me. The copies ended up not working & I returned to be served by another staff member who was no better. Plenty other options in the surrounding area to choose from…

  Unprofessional customer care and rude staff which doesn’t provide any help for the customer. Never going to visit this place again...

  I copied a key with them. And unfortunately it did not work in the lock. I returned it to solve the problem since it costs an amount of 6 euros. But the clerk was rude and said I could not do anything because mine was a copy. the error in the key was clear and I tried to show it to him but he said that was why I wore glasses. I will not be back any more. Bad service.

  Well trained staff. Good service specially staff name Warren very helpful n professional.
