  Second time oil not delivered when giving slot on line however this time was important as oil was getting low and there was a cold spell coming... ordered on a Wednesday said be delivered on Friday never came so oil got very low over weekend I rang early Monday morning and assured it would be delivered today I said we had no oil and it had to be delivered today was told it would be... got home at 4:15 no delivery so rang and told problem with lorry and would not be out till tomorrow, so on a very cold night we would have no heating but they don t care !! I personally think because of the cold spell lots of orders went in and instead of been top of list as no order delivered Friday so should have been delivered first thing Monday we were just shoved to the bottom!!! Told we could ring elsewhere and try and get it at half four on a very cold Monday ... contacted head office and told someone would contact me ... still waiting ! After 15 years with top oil when we never even looked elsewhere for a quote it ll be the last order placed with them ...
