::I call this site Fawlty towers mainly because of the unfriendly ,unhelpful ,slow and frankly uninterested staff . No please or thank you Long queues Snappy and uninterested service All pumps pre pay after 8pm Coffee machines that are always untidy Air out of order more often than working Last night I went to get petrol at 08.30 pm and after about 5 mins of the attendant looking at me ,I gestured to him to switch on the pump Instead of using the tannoy to alert me to the fact that all the pumps are now pre pay ,he gestured for me to come into the shop ,where he shouted at me that all the pumps were pre pay . I left the site and went to Ninth lock and there was no pre pay and the petrol was 3c cheaper than Newlands Cross ,the staff member who served me was friendly ,I got a please and thank you when I finished my transaction.I will never ever visit this site again.
