  The address is phony and these people will take your money and lie about what needs to be done. If you're vulnerable, such as single female, they'll take advantage of that by telling you some horror story about your roof that turns out to be untrue. They claim to do work but when it is checked, they've done nothing. Avoid this "company" or you will be fleeced.
