  Outstanding customer service. I was loaned a car whilst the service was done. They fixed up some extra issues as no cost. Would highly recommed TR Motors for your Merecedes servicing.

  Appalling customer service. Left me without a car overnight. Job was supposed to take 3-4hrs. Told basically tough, asked for a courtesy car told no. And to top it all off my car came back damaged. Again tough I can not believe this is an official Mercedes service centre. I am still in shock. The worst level of customer service I have received from any garage I have ever felt with. Certainly never expected this from a Mercedes agent.

  Clueless, cost me a fortune and they still couldn't fix the problem. I had to haul the car away. Had if fixed in a couple of hours by others. Ridiculous. Complete rip off.

  If it ain't broke they'll fix it and charge you dearly for it.
