The receptionist was really helpful. Next time would be nice to have a toilet brush. Also the showerheads are fixed quiet low for a tall person like myself (1.96 m) that was annoying.

Located in the heart of the city its close to all the landmarks like Stephen Green, Dublin Castle, Suffolk Street, grafton street, trinity college, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Prices are also reasonable.

The hotel is not recommended. The location is good but the facilities are very poor and the price is expensive. From the value for money perspective not recommended.

Staff friendly but the beds could be improved. They put together two single beds to make a double bed. The beds decided to split while we were having sex. Ending up on the floor isn't nice.

All the staff here are very helpful and friendly. The location cannot be beat, youโ€™re right in the city center within walking distance of the main high street and numerous supermarkets. The room was large and spacious. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom closet. Room furnished with bed, desk with seat, tv, and a kettle with mugs and soluble coffee and tea. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious. Hot water was always available. Shower gel/shampoo and soap provided, as well as clean towels on demand. We were happy with our stay here. Most importantly for us, it is dog friendly. Which is very difficult to find in Dublin. Only improvements that could be made would be adding a safe and a mini fridge to the room - as we were there for 7 days we definitely could have done with these additional amenities. Other reviews are accurate - the place could do with some upkeep but it was definitely clean inside the room.
