::Stay away. Spoke to these guys a few times over a week while they got info on my turbo, they arranged pickup, so I arranged turbo to be taken out, and my work van to be off the road. No pickup, when I called back, the guy told me the other guy had gone on holidays and he didnt know anything about it. Completely scattered, no clue. Left me stranded. Plenty of good Turbo guys around. Keep away from the Turbo Factory
