  Had a bad experience on Sunday. Our own vets was not open so had been put trough to this hospital. Our dog had n operation wed with our vet but Sunday blood as we tought start coming trough the stitches. We brought her here , they said they needed to 're open the eye that had only been done wed. This was very worrying for us the vet seemed lovely that dealt with us but it was a lot of money they wanted and we asked if we could pay half n rest later this was not an option with them. Later we were told to pick her up. When arrived a different vet gave me bk my dog he was rude he didn want to answer any of our questions my dog looked like a completely different dog cause of having to be operated on a second time but he had no sympathy he handed her bk covered in blood and her own poo. He seemed to get annoyed when we asked questions like her pain n what we should look out for . He basically told us our dog was fine n not to come bk to the hospital he was so rude I would never go bk there I agree with some of the comments saying they cared more about the money... if u need an emergency hospital I would recommend looking a few up before choosing. As i wish i had of before coming here .

  A total rip off and with attitude, more interested in your wallet than your Pet. My advice..Don't go there.
