  Standard branch, queues and wait times can be long at times, especially at lunch times. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean branch. Would recommend.

  Staff are usually quite helpful. They take forever to clear a check tho! Seriously, are u getting confirmation by post?

  Had to close my account. I have mobile banking but anytime I had to go to Baggot St branch there were massive queues and staff were grim. Spent 30 minutes one day to get a bank draft!!!
