::Awful. Every time I'm dealing with those people there is something wrong. Today I've lost 260€ because new person didn't know that euro can be paid to euro account overseas and instead British pounds were sent. Also trying to change my address for last 5 years without any success. Do you have Direct Debit set? You want it to be closed down? Forget about it. They wont do it and your money will be sent anyway.
