  Like each bank, it is taking a while in the queue to geet service. You can book all important meetings by phone or online, I get nice service there and I was satisfied. Waiting for the moment when all cheques will be scrapped and replaced by online transactions.

  Though the staff are friendly, the place is very small and always VERY crowded. Prepare yourself for queuing
