  They can close your account with the following explanation "No reason given we just want to close it" Don't recommend to anyone! As most of the cases they represent there only interests take more and more money from people and enrich them selves. be aware they might just not like you and give you a notice we are closing your account find another bank!

  Last year I made an appointment to set up a special saving account(holiday fund). The consultant who I spoke to, to my disbelief, had never properly set it up for me which I have found out few days ago when I went to the bank to redrew that money to pay for my holidays. There was just nothing on it. The cashier was dismissive and not helpful at all, she tried to put the blame on me and totally did not understand why I was so upset about the whole thing. Now the trust is just gone and I feel very resentful of going back to that branch to continue my business as my worry is that it may happen again.
