  I've been banking here for years but it feels as though Ulster bank are doing everything they can to drive their customers away Only one staff member on the counter and a long queue of upset customers The staff are friendly and doing their best but management is to blame

  Counters reduced from 6 to 4 and now there's just 2 counters where you can interact with a fellow human being. In itself that might not be a bad thing - the staff do a great impression of people who would rather be anywhere else than at work.

  Standard branch, queues and wait times can be long at times, especially at lunch times. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean branch. Would recommend.

  Staff are usually quite helpful. They take forever to clear a check tho! Seriously, are u getting confirmation by post?
