  Ulster bank used to be good; the queues were sometimes a bit long but there was usually 2-3 cashiers available. They’ve made massive changes (including raising fees) which means they have 1 cashier available even when there is 8 people in the queue. You can easily wait 30 minutes in a queue if it isn’t something that can be done through Fast Lodgement. Very poor service. They raise fees to encourage self service, but charge you fees for every self service you do. If it isn’t simple, then it’s a pain.

  Too much cunning over reaches itself ! The conduct and behaviour of a number of staff at this `bank` needs urgent attention . IF that is , Ulsterbank are still concerned with such things as reputation that is !
