  Just awful. When I was in a financial distress they show absolutely no compassion just plain rude. Telephone banking was so poor...Got stung on mortgage rates. I have nothing good to say about this bank. Never use Ulster Bank again.

  Had been here but the staff was non cooperative despite getting appointment 4 days ago. Didn't open my bank account and refused to accept all my legal letters. Aib was kind enough to open. Will never ask anyone to go there.!!
