  Absolutely terrible customer service. Only ever one staff member on the counter. Cannot lodge money without a card, forcing customers to the counter. Anyone thinking if joining the Ulster bank in sligo would highly recommend joining a different bank.

  Friendly staff, parking difficult around there, no automated machines to do transactions Edit January 2018 they now have automated machines to their own detriment as user unfriendly, queues now out the door, now not a pleasant experience anymore hence my drop from 4⭐️ to 1⭐️, be prepared to spend ⏰ here as only 2 teller positions now, & sometimes only 1 operational, staff on floor still amazing Manager need to address or customers will talk with their feet & go elsewhere
