  I have been getting my laser done since the start of 2016 and I have found the whole experience brilliant from the first consultation to the first laser appointment. I work in town so Urbana is very convenient for me and I actually make my appointments during lunch time. I find all staff extremely friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Urbana for friendly staff and great results
