  My initial experience with USIT was pretty much terrible. The woman dealing with myself and my friend was less than helpful and very negative. She made us feel like we were a joke for considering going to the States and we left rethinking any plans of going away on a graduate visa. A week later we decided to go back in to see if it was worth our while pursuing the visa, thankfully we did. We dealt with Gayle for the rest of our time with USIT and she was more than helpful. She made the whole process simple, was patient and full of knowledge whenever we asked a question. She was professional at all times and always had a friendly demeanour. Good service overall!
