  Shockingly poor customer service. Severely understaffed practise. They don't take appointments till 9.30am, only do bloods 2 days a week, Doctor won't take bloods, close for 2hours at lunchtime, the list goes on. My child became very ill after attending this practise & being told was nothing wrong with him. Virginia needs a new alternative Doctors surgery, BADLY.

  Very bad for appointments and never see the same doctor twice
