  I could not expect a better service that I have received over the past several years from VOS. The quality of the work produced by Bernie and her team (in particular Tracy, who completes most of my work) is superb. They have been able to turn around transcription in record time when urgency enters the equation. And to boot.....all of this service is provided in a most friendly and helpful mode and tone. The service is invaluable to me and I could not think of doing without it.

  I thought I was fussy until I met Bernie. She took care of my thesis as if it were her own and had plenty of intelligent probing questions for me on some of the really annoying formatting issues in APA. Worth every single euro

  I used the transcription services offered by VOS and found them to be very accurate and the transcripts were sent to me in a timely fashion. I recommended this service to a number of colleagues and they thought it was great! Can't recommend it enough!
