  They get the job done but after sale services are non-existent if you have any issues.

  I wanted to get a skilled visa for Australia after my working holiday the previous year. After the positive experience with Visa First for the latter one, I still wasn't like "okay, I'll do it with them again" because I wanted to see if I can do it myself. However, the whole process for a long-term visa is a fret. I spend hours and hours researching various websites - gave up and called those guys again - was guided through the process in minutes, advised on the steps I should undertake next. Massive thanks!
