  Really bad experience. I went in for an eye test last week which I paid 30 euros for but decided to get my glasses elsewhere since I wasn't impressed by their collection. They had however not taken my pupilary distance, something that was required for the production of my glasses elsewhere. When I called with an employee of vision express I was assured that it's not always standard but that I could pop in at any time to get the measurement taken. A couple of days later I left work early and popped over only to be turned away with a nonsense reason that they couldn't do that for me since I might come back to them requesting my glasses to be fixed if they got the measurement wrong. First of all it reflects very badly on the professionalism of your business that you're worried about getting something so simple as measuring the distance between pupils wrong. Second of all, if that's the reason the same could be said for measuring my prescription yet you had no problem taking my 30 euros for the eye test. Lastly, I paid and essentially received an incomplete eye test. Avoid this store at all costs, they're only interested in helping if they haven't taken any money of you yet and they're not interested in providing any customer care.

  Shop always seems to be understaffed when I have visited. Service is quite slow compared to a certain other high street optician. Appointments availability is bad too. Won't be returning I'm afraid.

  Excellent service. Fast and professional. Your PD result is included in your test, staff are calm and very professional. No pressure at all. Optician, Maria Fitzpatrick was very thorough.

  Made an appointment online, was confirmed on the page. Went there early and very inconvenient as to my working hours to find out the booking hasn't gone through. Terrible late reception at the store to be later be informed by their miss.

  All around great service offered here by friendly staff. Some difficulty with making appointment and such but can easily be overlooked because of the great service. Even though I had some issues with my contact lenses, I was taken care of well and was treated as an individual not just as a customer. Didnt catch this small asian lady's name in Henry st store there, she was professional. Happy to come back again!
