I lived on Cload Road: my impression of Viva Dublin -it is only good for a short stay (1 month, otherwise too expensive) -comfort is poor (bed is not comfortable at all, small, cold in winter, a lot of noise for example when you flush the toilet, you can hear everything so you can not sleep good) -house and forniture in bad condition (chairs are broken) -Viva Dublin is provinding only the cheapest material and for example in the kitchen there is missing a lot of things) We had to cook with pans which were very old -> dangerous for health (cancer). -refrigirator is much too small for 10 people! 4 chairs for 10 people! Viva Dublin does not want to invest in the house, furnitures. The rent for such a house is too EXPENSIVE.

Although I had really nice housemates (it is a great way to make some new friends) I was really disappointed with the place I stayed in. It was small, dirty, did not have all the features promised on the website and would have needed quite some work (things were literally falling apart, stuff in the kitchen missing, mould in the rooms, broken gutter in the backyard so there was constantly water dripping...) but the staff was rather reluctant to fix things. All in all way too expensive for what it was.

It was very nice to be there! The apartment is big and my room was nice. The staff was very friendly when we needed. I recommend.

Ive been staying in viva dublin house for almost three months and the service has been excellent from everyone who works there. I really recommend people to stay with them. You will have good facilities and their houses are well located.
