  Very disappointing experience with this shop and vodafone. I was eligible for a upgrade for a new mobile phone on the 19th of September . Because I was just around the corner I went into the Vodafone Shop on the 16th to ask could I get the phone a few days early. No I was told, I have to wait the 3 days, even I sign up for another 2 year contract. So I ask would be the phone I would like in stock on the 19th. I was told, for sure it will be there. I then went back to the shop on the 19th and was told that the phone is not in stock and had to be ordered and would be there in the next 2 days and I would get a notification like a massage or phone call. I got no text or any phone call, of course. I went back to the shop 2 days later, I was just arround the corner any way, and ask about the phone and again it was not in stock and has to be ordered first. I told the shop assistant that I was told that the phone was ordered already 2 days ago and he told me that there is no order for this phone in his system and it could take a while until it will be there. I then went home and ordered the phone online on the vodafone website. It took 1 working day and I got the phone delivered to my door. If I dont have to I will never go back in this Vodafone shop in Clonmel, there telling B.....S and customers are treated like idiots.

  Helpful friendly staff with good product knowledge. Excellent customer service. Vodafone offer good cellphone service.
