  Gorgeous Georgian B&B at a great price - because it's in Birr, not Dublin. Beautiful building, easy parking, delicious breakfast. Good sized room - my mum & I had a twin - and a free standing bath (with lots of hot water). Quiet rooms. We went to Sanjay's Kitchen for a really good Indian meal in the evening - walking distance from the B&B When I put Townparks into my satnav, it took me to the wrong end of Birr, so don't do that. Put Rosse Row in instead.

  Incredible B&B! The room was spacious and luxurious, as was the bathroom. So much better than any other B&B I've been in. The owners were also really friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious.
