  Went to visit santa. A wonderful experience. Train journey was a delight and afterwards we queued in an old railway carriage to visit the man himself. It was a gr at experience. There was no moving from room to room to room before meeting santa. No hard sell of photos. You could take as many as you wanted. Great gift. Great experience and run by volunteers. Loved it. Open all year round. Beautiful walkway and cycle path.

  After cycling the Greenway from start to finish I wanted to bring my dad down to see it. As he wouldn't be able to walk far, he loved going on the train. We (all adults) had some fun, and enjoyed a wonderful cup of coffee an a cake after. If you have a child with any ear sensitivity bring ear plugs or ear muffs. An sit back and enjoy.

  Great place to go for a trip out with the kids. They loved it and so did my wife and myself. We went on the earlier trip at 11 o'clock and when we got back the platform was fairly crowded so go early for a more comfortable experience. Even though it was August once the train got out into the open alongside these estuary it got fairly nippy but on each open carriage there was warm blankets provided which were welcomed by all. Would recommend for a family half day out.
