  Room is absolutely amazing, food is generously portioned and delicious. Cannot commend the staff enough, lovely accommodating, and always helpful. It's super close to the train station too, highly recommend!

  Had a lovely meal tonight with my family. The food was lovely. The service was great. We really had a great night. Thanks to the waitress who served us she was so friendly and helpful.

  Attended the Watersedge for dinner today with my partner. Unfortunately it was a bit noisy due to building work to exterior patio and conservatory type area. It looks like there is a few weeks work left here to complete.

  The restaurant has great views of Cobh's port. The balcony area should be fantastic during summer time. Food was good and the dish sizes were very generous, I would say they were very good value for money.

  As it was our wedding anniversary, we decided to go out for lunch. We picked the WatersEdge as the restaurant had nice views over the sea. Lovely staff took us to a table by the window and told us what the specials were. Husband had the lamb shank & I ordered steak. I'm not a lamb fan, but husband insisted that I try it as it was the best lamb shank he'd ever had. I have to say, it was divine!! My steak was lovely, cooked rare as requested. We are staying in Cobh for a week so we may pop back for another meal! It was also excellent value for money, when compared to some of the competition.
