  After persistent mistakes with bookings, wrong therapists and other issues that I have had with this salon over the years , it seems that if you complain or point this out to them , you upset the team and you’re invited to leave !! as a client who keeps appointments every 4 weeks has never been a no show and has spent quite a sum of money this is an interesting way to deal with their issues! Life is too short I’ve moved on . I would not recommend this salon as you’re just a number .

  I originally emailed to enquire about the treatment as I'm heavily pregnant and wanted to double check they did pregnant women past 35 weeks - which they do! They were so informative as well as accomidating. The treatment itself was painless!! I would highly recommend Waxperts. Very professional, lovely salon and lovely staff 😊
