::Very disappointed - I purchased a watch and was unsure about it at time of purchase as it was a present. I enquired about refund and was told I could. When I went to return the watch as it was not the correct model I was refused refund despite being told I could do so. Very disappointing for such a reputable jeweller - I would have expected better customer support. The manager I spoke to on the phone was also very rude and condescending and I made feel that the purchase wasn’t significant enough for them to be concerned about. I'd recommend you avoid if at all possible.
