  Fake Promises. I join gym in Westmanstown in May 2017. Sale rep promise that gym will be changed by the end of 2017(new classes, sea salt swing pool and etc.). Yes few changes happened, but no sea salt swing pool and a works are still in proggress. 4 Months ago I start to get symptoms of Asthma probably due to builder works in same building and dust is floating through the vent system. Cleaners are using aggressive chemical in shower rooms at the time as you taking a shower (if anyone can advice if I can write a complain in to a HSA about that)? I request to speak to a manger and 3 times I was fake promised to get a call back - never got it. Now I raise a question with a Gym to cancel membership and again they ignores me as sales user telling me that only manager can cancel membership if you are on 12 month contract, but the problem is that manager never in place and again I'm getting a fake promises regarding call backs. Please advice how can I submit official complain to WW Club?

  Very crouded but alot of good equipment

  Building work is not finished. At the moment sauna is unisex. It wouldn't be a problem however with one sauna available it gets very crowded.

  Amazing gym, amazing equipment but €1200 a year for membership there are a very particular type of people you will find here.

  Pool not as great as in Clontarf. Rowing machines in terrible condition. Other than that all good. Plenty of equipment.
