  Long story short, my brother’s watch was brought in twice to this shop to replace the battery as the first time it was brought in, it was not working. We figured that the crown of the watch was broken which wasn’t broken before bringing it into the shop. The owner said that it was some sort of “lose bolt” that could have been caused due to wear which is not the case as the watch has been untouched for a while due to battery not working. The owner basically blamed us and said it was OUR fault that the crown is broken when the watch was brought into their shop only just for a battery replacement and somehow the crown was pulled out. The owner said that the first day it was brought in, he was not in charge of fixing it so clearly he had a member of staff that was not properly trained to change a battery of the watch. He took no responsibility to fix it free as the damage occurred in his shop and said it wasn’t his problem although he did offer for it to be fixed for €10 which I would not trust as I would be afraid that more damage could be done to a good watch. I genuinely would not go here again, a very dishonest business. The prices are also expensive aswell and he makes up different prices as he pleases.

  Service on repairs is really really slow here.... Staff are the not the most friendly either.. BEWARE!!!!

  Ruined very precious piece with incorrect engraving. I didn't expect to have to fight for a refund. Will not return
