  Absolutely disgraceful, they take a service charge on a prepay bin card which makes no sense of the word prepay or "pay as you go". When your bin is lifted mine was always overweight, which meant more money taken, in a good month I was spending 60 quid on bin lifts, and when money became tight, the frequency in which I put money on my bin card lessened, but they continued to take money despite my bins not going out for lifting, and the final straw was when a man rang me and said that I need to keep my account in debit, as they don't like their accounts being in credit. A completely useless shower of crooks.
