  The service people who pickup the phone are very blunt. Not friendly at all. Gave me a hard time to replace a minor part. The lady is very harsh and sometimes doesn't listen just hangs up the phone. Very disappointed.

  Made the mistake of choosing to have my car serviced with Windsor. That process in itself wasn't exactly a good experience, but that was nothing compared to what followed. After a month the car suddenly developed brake and handbrake issues (despite never having a single fault prior), so I contacted them to query how this could occur after a comprehensive service. The person I spoke to was blunt, rude and made absolutely no attempt to assist me. I was completely fobbed off and once she felt as if she had said enough, merely said 'okay' and hung up the phone. Clearly no back up with this company, once they have your money they don't care. I've never felt the need to publicly post about a negative experience, but after spended so much money and subsequently receiving such a poor level of service I genuinely hope this review prevents somebody else from being put in the same position as me.

  Kevin McDonagh in the sales team is a star. Recommend him highly to anyone looking for professional service and good advice.

  I have always dealt with Gerry in the sales dept and Tj in the service section and both of these guys are excellant.

  The staff, both sales and service at Windsor Galway are exceptional. They are so helpful and go above and beyond to be of assistance. They cannot be faulted.
